Hear Ye, Hear Ye!
Let it be known throughout town and shire that on Saturday the 14th of June,
at the stately and storied Bishop’s Palace, a grand Medieval Banquet shall be held! Let the halls ring with laughter, and the tables groan with bounty, as we doth revel in times of olde.
Come ye forth lords and ladies, rogues and revellers and come ye clad in raiment befitting the age, and partake in song, and fare fit for king and commoner alike.
Fail not to attend, lest ye miss the jollity and japes our merry jester and musicians of great acclaim do provide.
Book your seat now at this fun-filled evening meal with entertainment provided by jester Tom Fool and local musician Jenny Bliss.
Gates open at 6.30pm with food served from 7.15 onwards, and carriages at 9.30pm
We’d love for you to dress up in period costumes, but it isn’t compulsory so come however you feel comfortable.
All guests will receive a complimentary cocktail on arrival (non-alcoholic option available) and then there will be a pay bar throughout. This event takes place in the undercroft with the tables set out in a U shape for the banquet. This event is Adults only.
